True-Tile® Perimeter Tile System
The beauty of real ceramic tile with the care-free maintenance of a vinyl surface. True-Tile® features a patented system that incorporates a vinyl liner wall and floor along with a 6" ceramic perimeter tile border. Vinyl Liners are softer to the touch and easier to clean than the gunite or marbelite surfaces of concrete swimming pools and the look is just exceptional.
Pool Requirements and Features
- Works on most Polymer and Steel wall in ground pools, but works perfectly with all shapes of Kafko Pool Systems
- Existing pools must have at least 2” between the liner track and top of the skimmer cut out
- True-Tile® will work with Thermoplastic or Fiberglass molded steps, but does not attach around the step
- Vinyl over step must be used for tile to attach around the entire perimeter of the pool
- Steps must have at least 8” between the liner track and the top of the first step
- Kafko Wedding Cake and Steel steps work perfectly with True-Tile®
- Kafko liner must be used with the True-Tile®. Liner options are shown below and on the brochure.
- Unlimited options of ceramic tile patterns for the standard 6” tile opening. Pool owner can create a completely unique appearance with their choice of tile and coordinating liner pattern.
- Tile protects the liner from UV aging which will add years of life to the liner
- Unlike other liner tile systems, the tile does not have to be removed to replace the liner

Add any 6" ceramic tile to the patented True-Tile® track system.
Insert the vinyl liner and set the patented bead.
Finish with a color coordinated trim cap and just add water.
